Announcement - Information regarding announcement that HBOS has agreed to be acquired by Lloyds TSB.

You will have seen that on 18th September HBOS announced that it had agreed to be acquired by Lloyds TSB, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval. The proposed acquisition is scheduled to be completed by the end of December/early 2009. Both organisations remain committed to their respective graduate recruitment plans and we are managing our campaigns as originally planned. As your application progresses we will provide you with any relevant updates.
